This last week saw Ciara turn 24, and what better way to celebrate than with a birthday episode, reminiscing over our favourite childhood and teenage memories. Bring back party bags is what we're trying to say. In our weekly round up we took you on a tour of the various restaurants we've been to since lockdown restrictions lifted, and in our agony aunt column we answered questions about setting boundaries with friends, and what to do when your ex-partner finds someone new.
